Bring back laser turrets!

The turrets in base are meant to be last line of defense, therefore, deal more damage than the rest of the turrets but removing their greater damage just made it easier to clobber your opponent even under tower, last night I was Ahri and went under tower and survived for AGES, long enough to get a triple (including the 2 tanks), andI got out with about 73% of my HP left without using ult, obviously something's wrong with these turrets if I could do that even under aggro
