Any more Lucian Changes?

His win rate as adc went up by 1%. Good direction but he still feels weaker than normal. You have a buff for Kog since his nerf was a little too hard and he dropped to Lucian's bot lane win rate. If that was too low for Kog does that mean Lucian will get another change/buff at any point?
