What would happen if we reduced kill gold?

I mean it would reduce the ability to stomp people into the ground. Players wouldn't get ahead as fast. Farming would be more valuable.

I'm sure there are negatives too, was just curious what the communities thoughts were on this since pushing the enemy nexus is the main goal we could make towers worth more ,and kills worth less.
