Fix pairing plz

Today i play like 7 games, and the 7 games i got a bloody almost perfect score, but there was just a little tiny problem, the fricking ADC that i was paired up was a bloody Bot, i swear for god, i know that this is normal and no every one is perfect, but 32 cs at 25 min is just carcinogenic, the next games i get a top lane wukong that fed like no one i have ever seen before, 0/8 at 12 min, i and once again i was 4/0 in the jg, ans guess who lose the game ?

I'm just asking for a better pairing becuase rankeds ar getting worst every day
