New level system is useless.

Why would they make such a change, where you can level up indefinitely, if there are still unbalanced matches? I get constantly matched up against accounts level 20-30, when I am level 81 (my main account, in Russian server). Why would this stupid leveling system exists if it does not give any kind of benefit to the higher level players? Like, for example, matchups against players with similar levels? I am bronze 2, I don't care about that, but it's also mostly because I play ranked once every never, so I don't go up or down. Does that means that I am going to be as bad as a fucking level-up-bot at level 30 or a not-smurf lvl 21? No, ever. Riot should make sure that the changes they make are actually more than just a cosmetic change, and actually a matter of gameplay. Say, for example, ranked players will only get matched up against other ranked player from similar leagues, and unranked players will be matched against unranked players. And also, higher lvls with higher lvls as well, and low with low. I mean, it sounds like a fucking logical thing to do if they are doing a change like that. Fucking. Annoying.

Level =/= mmr. Also, ranked mmr =/= normals mmr.

If you're a level 81 getting matched with level 20-30 accounts, there are two likely scenarios: a) someone around your skill level is partying up with less-skilled friends; or b) you're in the same skill level as them.

Matching purely by level and not skill is honestly not a smart way to go about it by any means. You can have bronze-skill level 100s facing off against diamond+-skill level 100s, and smurfing level 20s against legitimately new level 20s, with no hope of that ever getting fixed. It makes no sense.

Levels mean almost nothing. I have a friend in Bronze 3 that is lvl 81. You can lose every single game and still get Exp or Only fight bots and grind exp. The only thing Level does is give you experience in the game, but not actual skill. Everyone should already know that by the career bronze players that have been in bronze for over 3+ seasons.
