Patch 7.24b not working

So we on 7.24b i had the update in the Client, and on Patchnotic he show 7.24b. But in Game Lethality is still on 20, Tiamant still on 20 AD, My Yasou didtn get buffd and so on. Dont know what to do?? some one else got the Problem too??

If you actually read the patch notes you would see that only the in--game values were updated, and tooltips won't be updated until the next proper patch.
