Masterwork chest bugging out

So i dont know if i go to the league support or here so im gonna just say my problem here. I had some leftover RP and thought lets get some chests, i bought 2 masterwork chests and a key. I opened the 2 masterwork chests as the same time then opened a normal chest. I got birdio and a ward skin. Then i remembered that i have to get 3 things cuz i opened 3 chests. And i think the second masterwork chest didnt give me anything. Maybe its so becuz i opened 2 at the same time. So how do i solve this problem?
