fix matchmaking

i been paired up with flipen lv 30s on my dam team cant pla with unranked lv 30 and win in gold i been see my team run it down mid and start flamig my team. game not fun anymore all i get are loses in my games my tea mcant even get a postive kda. im just gunna quit or comeback when the game can fix the skill cap differents{{cham*[sg-soraka]* pion:12}}
