"Jax enter's a defensive stance for up to 2 seconds, dodging all incoming basic attacks" Yeah last time I checked Renekton's W wasn't a basic attack. I'm assuming Riot obviously knows about this but has just chosen to do nothing about it.

Ruthless Predator: Renekton's next basic attack gains 50 bonus range and strikes his target twice. Each hit applies on-hit effects and grants Fury.
It's a basic attack modifier and jax now can block anything tied to basic attack modifiers including stuns.
I believe Renekton's W is coded as an on-hit effect, so that's probably why.
W is an enhanced basic attack that basically counts as 2 or 3 basic attacks depending on fury.
It makes sense for it to be blocked by Jax's dodge.
What is actually bullshit is that Pantheon's shield now blocks all 3 attacks from the W, as well as the stun.
You realize that he (last i saw) can also dodge Ez and GP Q as well, for the same reason why he can dodge Renek W, its an on hit effect vs being a straight up skill.
