Ranked AFK Buster System

We all have dealt with an AFK at one time or another during our league of legends experience, but what if we could stop that experience from happening? What if Riot or some type of reporting system was implemented Match making. It could be as simple as Pausing or ending the match in a draw. This would stop people from getting "Freelo" from AFK matches and getting placed in a higher MMR than they should be in, also nothing is more frustrating than Getting an afk in a 1 win 1 lose , or 2 win 2 lose (division 1 ) promo match. So i think An AFK Buster system would help some of leagues every day problems as well as making their player audience more satisfied. Unfortunately it will never be that simple because there are people who would abuse it.

I think the current reporting system is fine. It could be beefed up with a Champ Select report option, but loss prevention and the like are just too exploitable to be worth the time it would take to develop.
