Why doesn't Riot implement voice chat

well it is worse to be harassed verbally rather than through text at least I find it to be worse
and how do you report someone harassing through voice? Does riot have the capacity to listen to 40 minutes of audio (even at x2 speed) to find out whether someone was abusive
like I guess they could go back on lytes dream and stop caring what players say to eachother other than really severe stuff like breaking real world laws and solicitation and so on but really
The problem is all the pussies out there. Even what I'm saying now is probably hurting some poor saps feelings. Do I care? NOPE. I'm all for voice chat, if you don't like what someone is saying then mute them. Not hard for anyone but apparently idiots love abuse so never do it then cry and bitch and moan. If people stopped caring what others say or think then league games would go better. Every match of league is a head game being played between you and your opponent. Sometimes you have to get in their head verbally to tilt them. Just a heads up though. They only get tilted because they are weak minded. They let their emotions get the better of them. Want a trick to deal with people like this? LAUGH. Laugh out loud and realize it doesn't really hurt you. If people could do this voice chat would be great. Until then it's never gonna happen.
