There is something troublesome about the new skin kit .

I might be wrong but doesnt his root feel to easy to hit . I mean if you imagine yourself in a situation of laning , you actually cant stand behind the minion wave to close since you will get mostly hit by his E way back but you can actually stand by the minion in the front but this will end up giving him the opportunity to Q and better manoeuver to get hit by a W .

His E zoning feel like miss fortune mini game with her Q getting a minion low so the bounce damage deal a crit and since swain dont have this similar kit you get a pass thought ability without any weak point . This E is by far the most fear some ability in his kit and i dont talk about the range and the speed it goes .

Also the way his Passive pull and root work give me a vibe of , hmm im sure i already seen this before but i dont know .

His ult is by far a mini-game pretty much well done , i mean no mana cost , 12 sec duration , standard damage of a ability if full duration spend on a enemy , extra hp and a heal , I would say it look like a revamped ability of a certain but well i guess its kk .

For say the champion is highly dependent of his Q because it would be difficult to maintain a stickyness to the target while substaining since it require good landing and action of the player .

Anyways these are only my thought and i know its not well written but well . [slayer-jinx-wink]
