should void staff add in an extra amp tome

increase cost by ~ 5 or 600 and be made into +100 AP 35% pen? and be a better late game scaling option on the whole.

(an item which could be built sooner for champions who do wish to deal extra AP damage with no extra benefit)

or be given a "buff" into more AP with 2 new build options with an additional passive. (what adcs got)
