I have not seen this item be built on a champ on months. I used to love the old version of the item because it was the only other item besides abyssal sceptor that both gave MR and AP. I miss it. Riot plz bring it back

So what about the capital of Greece do you want to talk about?
It's mainly a support item - the only issue being the supports it truly benefits aren't really in meta. I'd rather not see on mid champs again.

I remember building + 
almost every game because Spamming abilites was so fun.
But now if you don't have a shield or heal it's useles :(
