The biggest issue that stems from lack of champion diversity

Is my own allies not knowing how to play with anything that is not FotM.

If its not FotM they just stand by watching my engage rather than following up because they just don't know my champs kit and what it can do.

This is an example of how the lack of champion diversity severely and negatively impacts the game.
