Flex queue broken.

The flex system in this game is unbalanced and very discouraging. When I'm silver I and I queue with a Silver II and a silver III I expect to face people who are in equal skill, but instead every game that we play together is against high golds, plats, and diamonds. How are we supposed to climb into even gold, facing players greatly above our skill level? facing golds I can understand, but there is zero chance to improve facing diamonds that have a lot more games played and skill towards the game. It is disgusting, and discouraging.
