Question about Catalyst.
Is the 15% damage taken that gets converted supposed to be calculated before or after mr and armor / other dmg reductions? Anyone know?

After. Damage taken is the actual amount of health you lose.
if it says damage taken means how much health you lose. if it said damage dealt to you then it would heal you before the damage mitigation.
Ok, didn't seem like I was getting mana during my shield on ryze. Makes sense.
Compare it to 
's passive which clarifies "pre mitigation damage"
