Is Yuumi Q stealth and W on stealthed champs intended?

There's lately a trend of what I view as bug abusers but I'm not sure if its intended of Yuumi players playing with something like a twitch or even Pyke bottom lane who will attach to the stealth champ then be able to be stealthed on that champ. From there they can Q and the q is also stealthed which is extremely strong.
