Quick thoughts about Ranked Matchmaking

Would you wait in longer queue's in excess of 5 minutes to be placed against ONLY people from your Tier and Division? i.e Bronze IV vs Bronze IV

I think this plus the removal of promos would actually allow people to attain the rank they are supposed to be in. This would help to eliminate smurfing as well have players truly have an Individual rank opposed to "well I just got carried by this plat despite being in Gold but now im good" mentality. Also remove Duo's.

This help smurfing the most because then it becomes extremely easy to find the abuse cases trying to stay in Trash elo.
