Xin Zhao QoL buff: W passive counter

It looks like riot is trying out some small base stat buffs to Xin Zhao on the PBE and if he's looking for buffs then it seems like adding a 'hit counter' so he knows when his attack is going to proc the crit + heal would be an easy way to help out Xin players.

It just seems weird that every third hit for Xin Zhao is way more impactful yet the only way to know it's coming is to constantly count in your head, even when attacking towers which can use up your crit despite being immune to the extra damage.
