My in game states won't show(near the side of my champion's face)

Any ideas how to fix this?(this is the disappeared stats screen) (champions face) ( items) Located bottom of screen HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also how do you get good at this game I'm level 30 and still I lose many games due to trolls,afks,feeders, and of course my lag, and sometimes the fault is all mine :D
