Que timer

I am so tired of working out who is playing what position and actually getting somewhere, (but being the only to not to select a champ at the moment) and then not having enough time to actually make adjustments for play in solo que. We need another 30 seconds to get teams together when a discussion about it is taking place. I always take penalty by waiting to select champ, and it could be avoided with more time to do what is needed after the brief pre-game discussion. I am tired of it. Pretty super please give more time. if it isn't needed it's available, if not then everyone will lock in to save the time, but it should at least be an option.
