New champ Select screen gone?

So I quit playing league because of how stressful it is to just find a game, play the game and have fun. I saw that they rolled out the new champ select screen and thought.... Great, I see they finally fixed stupid ass lane calling in normals. Logged in and didn't see the new champ screen. What happened?
