How hasn't Riven been nerfed?

Honestly Riot, I just played 3 games in a row against Riven. Every single game she got one kill in lane and came out something along the lines of 1/3, with just a hydra at 20 minutes. Then she game against me, the adc, got through all my team's cc, blocked all my damage, and killed me in two shots. Here is a way to balance her: fucking take her out of the game. But in all honestly, here is the way to balance her: take the knock-up off her q (point and click damage, gap-closer, plus cc thanks riot); her w doesnt deal damage (its a stun, it shouldnt deal damage anyway, or maybe make the hitbox smaller, its just bullshit that she can stun an entire fucking team); NO MORE FUCKING AD SCALING SHIELD (do whatever you want with it, ap scaling, no shield, no dash whatever its such bullshit); remove the execute off her ulti (self-explainatory).
