Viktor rework
I would like to start a discussion on the topic of the
Viktor rework. First off, i would call this more of a major nerf rather than a rework. The change of his damage being made into "over time damage" has severely nerfed his kit, and it my opinion does not fit his play style at all. His main damage now comes from the aftershock explosions on his E, however is was increased to a whole 1 second before the explosions actually go off making it extremely hard to hit, especially when you take trying to hit the main laser attack into account. His Q which used to be the core of his kit and main damage, now barely does anything at all. Im not quite sure whether to even put early points into his E or his Q considering his Q does no real damage anymore. Lastly, Viktor's R "Chaos Storm" was severely nerfed with the intial damage on spawn reduced to almost nothing. The "damage overtime" aspect of it is extremely hard to play with when you take the 2 seconds PER tick into account. No nerf was needed for Viktor when considering the AP reduction of most items. Viktor's core build is basically straight AP and he does not require much utility like CDR, etc which was added in replace of the AP. This whole "update" to Viktor has completely taken the fun out of playing Viktor for me, i hope a change will be highly considered in the near future.
