Top Lane is basically a tier list right now. Personally just got a reminder of how "fun" Gnar is.
honestly shes kinda weak, Basically this: As a champion that doesn't directly scale off critical hits and also makes poor use of the resolve tree, Fiora is starting to have trouble in the current Season 6 metagame. Marksmen are significantly stronger now, and deal almost as much burst damage as she does from longer range. This makes her niche somewhat difficult, especially as the resolve tree allows passive damage soaking from everyone peeling just from standing nearby.
I understand your points but she is still a little ridiculous in the lane phase, heck even vlad has a hard time with her. A champions win rate, while it does provide some insight, does not provide the full picture of her ability to perform. Having said that I am sure I have not faced the best Fiora players so far, but what I do know is I have faced many of them who were competent enough to give our team a good butt wooping both in lane and, obviously then, in the team fights.
No they don't. Her early game is very strenuous to the player, and any mistake can cost you dearly with her long CD on Riposte, and early game squishy figure to be taken into account.
Her ult heal lasts for like half a second if you don't pop all the marks [slayer-jinx-unamused]
