Illaoi

Can you give a minor life improvment to illaoi? i mean she is really fun to play but so weak. It requires tremendous unskill from the oponent to be effective, though if she gets ahead there is no stoping her , with no cc and on top of it no escape mechanism she is very weak at higher elos. making her w aoe and not required to have a cast target (tentacles slash in the middle) and a little faster movment speed would be really nice. All illaoi players get tanky items , but either give her some sort of cc or a greater escape , though i feel thats what she needs right now. Generaly any buff is acceptable cus she is insanely weak at the moment and has zero to no chances of being useful in a teamfight unless all the enemies are piled up on top of each other for a solid 5 seconds , cus you also need to get there. And generaly thats all.
