We all understand where the game's headed - damage hypercarries, flashy plays and more damage.

But can there not be so much bonus AD? The game is drowning in it.

  • It causes assassins and melee hypercarries to steal the spotlight from your precious marksmen. You don't want that, do you Riot?
  • It makes all AD teams encouraged rather than punishable, even without Black Cleaver.
  • It encourages mages to either avoid CQC entirely or to stack their 2 armor items.
  • It creates a snowball effect like no other...eventually you wonder how the lane against an AD was possibly even at the start whether you won or lost it.
  • It causes marksman abilities to do stupid amounts of damage when they're supposed to be marksmen.
  • It causes everyone to take the 5 armor shard instead of MR like y'all hoped as even if there's 3 AP on the enemy team everyone still wants armor.
  • It creates a situation where taking every damage scaling rune possible is a no-brainer as they further multiply every ability that ADs have.
  • It makes two-ability combos from AD casters take 50+% of a high-level champ's health - that's literally unhealthy!
  • It makes sustain abilities that scale with AD even more oppressive and snowbally.
  • It makes the marksmen that scale heavily with bonus AD - whether they eventually build crit or not - undisputably the strongest ones. Kaisa Lucian Graves Draven

Bonus AD should never have been as prevalent as bonus AP in the first place. Please consider changing Adaptive abilities and changing just how much free AD there is. That will solve so many problems that the game has now had for a year straight.
