LOL Riots View of Balance issues

This right there is why the balance team is disconnected.
As if Zed needs to hit all those to 100-0 you at lvls 6-13 as a squishy.

OMFG ...... ONE PERSON?!! Again here is a huge problem. There is no way each person does not have favorites and or game play they like and dislike. This is why you need a GROUP of people to check and balance the "OPINIONS" of humans
Also there is the blaring problem that Tester #45 is Silver and SUCKS at Itemization, Or Tester #22 that sucks at map awareness AND gets Red in his eyes for a kill. Again NEED MORE PEOPLE making checks.

sigh another issues with riots system. ANYONE who has worked in corporate on teams knows there are authoritarian morons that in small teams, like above, will strong arm everyone involved and who has final say? Designer? Playtester? Gameplay? Again fail on leaving choices like this to few people.
Knowing this NOW explains so much about why I (and so many others) think Riots "Balance" is crazy.
