Renekton or illaoi

I am an Illaoi main, so I am biased, but I think she is stronger right now.

She doesn't fall off as hard as Rene, is almost an instant win vs a hard engage team, and if you are good with her, she can win just about any melee top lane match-up, and some ranged ones.

Renekton is a ton more mobile, and can chase down and lock down priority targets. But Illaoi's zone control is just so good right now, she really seems like the stronger pick to me.

Would you prefer to be an unkillable monster that can destroy an entire team by yourself, or the same but an alligator?
