why?

5 premades - enemy team is likely to be non 5 premade and they are less likely to win because now it is more about scaling and co-operation (lack of assassins tank meta, new drakes, new herald u need good co-operation to win by using them), long queue times. 4 premades - one person in a team has little impact, feels bullied, neglected and performs worse, gets tilted ->new toxic person, long queue times 3 premades - premades have 2 randoms with which they MUST co-operate in order to win, randoms don't feel entirely alone they have one more person which can support them if the premades are douche. Queue time goes significantly lower and the matches are way more fair.

Job done by riot in this area is pretty much great, but we can improve some things.

PROBLEM 1 - having support secondary role means that you will always play support. It makes ppl willing to play only SOMETIMES support stop picking this role as secondary- > we have fewer supports to work with SOLUTION 1 - ppl who dont get their primary role for the first time, system gives higher priority to get it in next match (some adjustments can be made)

PROBLEM 2 - long queue times in high elo when ppl can choose only two roles but still they have the ability to play for example 4 roles SOLUTION 2 - you still can choose only two roles you want to play with, but during queuing above 5 minutes u get a system message that you have the possibility to choose different position and immediately enter a game, however if u reject you are placed back to queue and you simply wait longer for a match.

EXAMPLE

Primary: mid Secondary: jungle

-Player is waiting 5 minutes -> system message " there is a match where support is missing you can fill in" +Player rejects (he is back in queue, system will not offer support role anymore) -Player is waiting 10 minutes - > system message "there is a match where adc is missing you can fill in" +Players rejects (he is back in queue, system will not offer adc role anymore) etc.

I love this game and I will do whatever it takes to make it better or solve important issues. The ideas are pretty much in a nutshell, I dont want to overload the message with too much info. PEACE
