From a carrying the game perspective, is Skarner Jungle better than Shyvana Jungle?
I enjoy both, but I want to pick the one that's stronger, which one is that ?

Shyvana is pretty much always going to win in a debate about carrying games from the jungle.
Ive not experienced either but I would say skarner solely based on the fact he has cc and shyv kinda doesnt...
cc junglers like rammus carries in a different way, getting team mates fed so they carry
Skarners good mainly for his ult. It can be quite the game changer, especially if you get the adc down. He's a decent duelist, as well. Shyvana is good all round. Even built as tank, a FF shyvana can still do tons of damage, and can duel for quite a long time. I love shyvana jungle, simple because of the fast clear times and great ganking potential. I recently went 13-0-12 with her jungle, and I was shocked by my damage, building only 2 damage items and then full tank (still had more health than all other tanks on my team, and STILL did a lot of damage). Carry potential? Shyvana. Game changer? Skarner
Skarner is better imo because aside from having comparable damage and tankiness, he has more CC and stronger ganks. His passive+Ult give him a lot of burst, while his Q gives him a lot of sustained DPS. Shyvana has good damage and initiation, but I just feel like skarner has more to bring to the table, especially in light of the number of nerfs Shyvana has gotten over the course of this season. Skarner to me seems like a better kind of Shyvana; equal damage, equal survivability, equal engage, both have good sticking/chasing power, etc. It really comes down to the fact that Skarner has the option of Either AFK farming a feral flare like Shyvana OR Ganking *and *power clearing.
Skarner has the stronger potential due to strong cc and can stay in a teamfight just as well as shyvana if not better. Shyvana is simply easier to play since all you really do is pressure, farm, and gank someone waaaaaay out of position. Skarner can gank hard no matter where the enemy is in lane due to pretty good chasing capabilities in tandem with a high intensity long range slow.
Depends on what you want a more support carry is skarner with a lot of CC and pick potential he is better for losing games but shyvana has the raw damage to carry offensively but if he ult is misused during a team fight (I.E. missed) she will not be able to effect it much besides her dmg
