Can we have a way to ping an ally member's mana/energy and ward count via scoreboard?

it's frustrating when i have games where my team engages when my midlaner has 3% mana left and is unable to deal damage. it's frustrating when i see a teammate with 2 charges of wards.

Perhaps if this was implemented then it would somewhat help separating those who know their surroundings and those who dont. i deserve silver2 but im stuck in silver3 cuz of teammates in elohell
