Problems in balancing the game

My main problem lately is that it seems like the balancing team (if it is called like that) is kind of overwhelmed with the current game. Seems like there are too many points to work on so they dont know where to start at. I personally started playing League of Legends in Season 4 and i have noticed that the game started getting worse in Season 7 (my personal opinion). I still stick to the game because I put a lot of time and money into the game. Of course there are a lot of positive things that happened since Season 7 , but for me there are more negative things . I only noticed that when I saw a graphic showing that League of Legends has lost ~50% of its playerbase since Season 8 ( I dont know if that is true but when i saw it i started thinking about that).I'd love to hear your feedback about my opinion of the current situation of League of Legends.
