Persisting problem throught seasons

I think I have a problem with my stress regarding placement matches, anyway I ended last season silver 1 95lp (before reset) and gold 5 preseason, one thing that stays with me throught seasons, is fear of placement matches mainly because last season I ended up getting bronze4, I played on my eune account that was already gold 5, and got it to gold 3 within a week so Im 100% certain its just placements I panic in absolutely no clue what to think about this and how to come about fixing/getting around it Any answers appreciated.
