Seriously..... I have never played a game with such a mediocre tutorial. It's borderline trolling your player base. You have Ashe buy thornmail ffs.. Omg please give me 50 bucks I'll make a tutorial that actually helps new players..
Long story short; they put all their resources into retaining players instead of growing the player base because of how big it already is.
