This is about Vladimir
I used to love playing this champion, I purchased a skin for him after the third time I played him. I've always loved the idea of a Hemomancer, and had really high hopes for him. The blood was there, the sustain was there, but something felt missing. Also, his play style bored me after the twentieth game. I saw Malicious Metal's post about our dastardly bastardly crimson obsesser, and wanted to add to that in my own post.
There are a couple of things missing from his base kit (although that should definitely be changed), such as a window of power, or a balance of power, or any real mechanic. I had an idea for giving him a Window and Balance of Power with this one Mechanic. Give him a secondary resource that isn't health, without removing his health resource. For example, call it Blood. Blood could be gained by taking (and only by taking) health from an enemy. Blood could be used to empower his abilities by how full it is, and the abilities benefiting from high Blood amount drain Blood instead of his health. Blood could also be used to empower the ability that fills the resource by how low Blood is. Such as healing Vladimir's health more if Blood is low. The benefits Blood gives could scale with level alone to enforce his idea of becoming a mid to late game beast, and would make it easier balance all stages of the game Vladimir is in.
I placed the word could into every suggestion, meaning that these are all things that can be added, removed, not used, used, changed, e.t.c.
I used these suggestions because this is what I deem would make Vladimir unique and give him something unique. If his kit isn't fully reworked and is kept with the idea of trading health for damage, then healing himself back up-repeat, then this suggestion would be beneficial to Vladimir.
I believe that this change would give the kind of champion that Vladimir is a window of power, seeing as he's most powerful when Blood is becoming filled, and is weaker but has more sustain when it's empty. This also makes a point during any fight with Vladimir in it, where he is dealing the most damage, and most vulnerable, as his goal is to kill and deal his damage and expend his Blood. On the other side of the coin, it also makes a point where he isn't doing as much damage but is not vulnerable as he heals himself for more.
