I've been trying to get into a game for 25 minutes, due to auto-filled players dodging

It's 2019, can literally anything be done to improve this abortion of a system?

You can keep pretending it's required to prevent 30 minute queues, but the reality is that most of the time someone is auto-filled, they just dodge at the last second, which cancels out any supposed benefits.

It often takes upwards of 6-7 lobbies before a game actually starts. I would rather sit in queue for 10 minutes and get into a lobby that's actually going to start.

EDIT: Another dodge, now 28 minutes. This is ridiculous.
