In my opinion, I find it strange that Urgot's W scale with 80% AP. I feel like it would make more sense if it scaled with a % amount of AD, similar to Riven's E (Valor). However I am not quite sure what's the right % amount of AD it should scale with.

Should scale with mana
A potential problem I can see with this is that if Urgot gets ahead in lane (something he's pretty good at doing), he'd become really defensively strong and have a larger uptime on his slow for building offense. It has some potential to be more snowbally than Riven's shield because he would get more slows out of a stronger shield, and he could bully harder because he is ranged. Maybe he should get the AD scaling shield anyway, but the downsides are worth considering.
How about if when his Shield is up, the Acid Hunters apply a stacking slow and on the third Acid Hunter a (%AD) Armor Shred is applied to the target.
