Unnecessary handicap, easy fix: option to set UI to TOP of the screen

The issue is simple. When playing as the top team, the camera 'can' be offset a bit with the default video option. Problem is, despite the offset, the UI gets in the way of maximum forward range, while going to the enemy nexus.

This is not a small issue, since the UI, even at the smallest configurable dimension, can easily take 10% of the viewing / clicking range.

What I'm asking is that an option be added, to switch the UI to the top of the screen.

I have googled a bit and there seem to be gui mods and such, but nothing seems 'official'.

So I think this could be easily implemented, and would bring more balance to the game.
