Ekko, my favorite champ.

Give him a 10% slow when he procs his passive on BOTH monsters and champions and nerf his movement speed proc by 10%. Just to give him more utility in teamfights. And reduce the passive CD on monsters from 5 seconds to 4 seconds to help his early game clear when he jungles.
