Client wont start just a black box

So recently I've been having troubles playing league. It takes forever to connect. It tells me I have no internet connection even though I do. The very few times it does log me in I cant start a lobby its just grayed out. Chat also doesn't load. Last game I joined my runes were blacked out and showed I didn't have any equipped even though in game I had them. I've tried to start other games and they run fine.

I've triple triple checked my connection. Updated my router and restarted my PC. It is also fully up to date. Still wasn't working so I decided to reinstall League. Waited for all the updates and every time I try to open it all i get is the LoL logo for a few seconds then it goes away and game never opens. If I try to open the game again I get a black box in the upper left corner and game never loads up. So after all that idk what else to do then come here and see if anyone else can help. It's already been several days and nothing has changed can someone help?
