Something needs to be done to put late game champions back into the game/mitigate dragon control

The current state of champions who rely on late game happening is pretty terrible, and controlling dragon is still game breaking, further fucking over teams that have late game champions or mismatched teleports.

This shit should have been fixed before the season started. Losing games entirely because you couldn't contest dragon early is stupid.
