@Riot Can u confirm that first Kindred Mark is random?

Because I play Kindred A LOT and it feels like Crab on the other side of jungle I'm currently in gets marked 9/10 times. I know what random is and it's possible to get top Crab marked few times in a row, but the more I play the more it should go to 50/50, right?
