Riot nerf tahm so i can play him again.....

So i was playing tahm since he get out (when everyone was saying he is weak and bla bla) i was playing him as support and very soon i hit mastery 5 on him (Not on this account) then riot buff him nothing change i still continue playing him support and i was having good time

Then he saw 2 games in pro scene and everyone start complain about how OP he is and bla bla and now he is just insta banned all the time

So can riot nerf some of his Damage or grey shield so i can have him back as support and to be able to play him agaim?
