Need help with spedning blue essence

So I recently got 6300 blue essence and I do not really know on which champion I should spend it. I like champions which allow for longer sustained fights. Utility is not necessary. I mostly play jungle and bot lane and I prefer physical damage dealers. Does not really matter if they are tanky or not.

kayn is a jungle with 2 different forms its kinda efficent if you get the hang of him. one beats tanky comps while the other beats squish comps.
