GLOBAL LAG IN-GAME

I just played a game where everyone had lag because of RIOT issues today 12/23/2015. We all decided to just sit in fountain and wait till 20 to surrender at the same time. But the enemy team kept farming upon lag. So the lag stopped mid-game and the other team were way ahead in gold and items So they won. We should have our LP as a win for both teams
