Yi is scary AF man

I played Wukong. Should I just start banning him if my team isn't choosing enough hard cc? He starts to one shot people mid game if doing slightly well. And its extra hard to play against without enough hard cc because he deals like 25% true damage anyways. Its pretty scary, I think this is the second time I seen this in my last like 10 games. And its only the second time I have gone against a Yi lol
