QoL Change Suggestions for Gangplank

Just two suggestions here -

1. Change the color of the text for his ultimate upgrades. Have it remain the same color when it isn't upgraded, but change it to a slightly brighter hue/different color when it is upgraded. It's just a little hard to differentiate.

2. Pinging "Powder Keg" stacks. Instead of pinging saying E is "Ready", it would be nice to have a counter from 1-3, such as "E - 3 Charges Ready" or something like that.
