Riot learned from there past mistakes

The mastery changes on the PBE instead of nerfing thunderlords they buff every other keystone to get them on the same lvl of power

the fact is she never needed any nerfs it was just because every other adc during that time was so much weaker then her and with the pre-season spell caster adcs arrive rectifying this issue somewhat but it took so long for them to do it

atleast now they've done it sooner and faster
